When this is the verification picture provided for proof of delivery you can guess the package was never actually delivered. Due to a shortage I could not longer get the product ordered. Very poor quality of delivery and this amount of disregard for customers has to come from the top down.

I get packages delivered here all the time! FedEX has failed to deliver an important package twice . The first time I called customer service to see what was going on. The girl reassured me she updated the notes and there should be no issue. But the next day when I went to track the package it said again that there was an issue delivering. So annoying! The 2nd customer service rep was kind and helpful but now I’m being told that a package we were expected Saturday will not be delivered until Tuesday because deliveries are not made on Monday. I hope in your Monday meetings you can collectively figure out how to do better. And the rep wasn’t able to contact the driver? Hmm...maybe get some advice from Amazon on how to improve your services.

So fedex had a delivery for me and went to my old house used for storage even though I have signs EVERYWHERE directing them to make deliveries to my house 30 feet away on same property. Then the driver put a "DOOR TAG" in my mailbox instead of on door. I filed a report with post master general because they ARE NOT supposed to put ANYTHING in the mailbox. I have it on video so they cannot lie about it. Still haven't heard back from fedex about my complaint so maybe this will get their attention. See video
