Took my brand new Ray-Ban frames in their brand new case to get new lenses and when I picked them up a couple of weeks later they returned the frames in a generic case and when I questioned the person there he gave me an old, scratched up case that he found in the back. When I asked him what had happened to my case he said he didn't know and that I needed to come back and talk to the person that took them in. Paid more than $300 for my frames and case and not happy that they kept the original case my glasses came with, will not go back to this place ever again.

Great experience! Was fast and the doctor was very attentive and went over everything with me. They followed my insurance cost and that was nice since I have seen lots of other places not doing that.

Can not believe the treatment I got here. Glasses broke in under 5 months, was referred to a different location who "lost" our order and jerked us around for 6 weeks, came back to this location where my glasses were purchased only to be told sorry, it's been more than 6 months and everything we have on hand has stripped screws, so we can sell you a new broken frame to take to a 3rd party to pay even more to fix, or you can try super glue. Seriously? I've gotten calls about my car's warranty that were less scummy than this place. Avoid them at all costs, or it WILL cost you more.

If I could I would give it less than 1 star, not more than 3 months ago I bought 2 pairs of glasses for my son, at the time of his exam they treated us well, for some reason the kind of frame my son chose keeps a lot of dust, I paid for guarantee then that made me think that they could clean in a special way, I went and the person who attended me was very rude he told me that it was just dirty and that's it, but he did not try to take them to the technician and find out if something could be done Totally they did not help me and I had to go to another place and in another place without charging a penny, they cleaned them and I had not even bought them in that place, I do not return nor do I recommend visionworks
