Usually great but recently there's been some quality issues. Twice recently I've gotten home with my drink to find out it was made without sugar (when I asked for normal sugar) or the drink tasting off.

Good selection of teas, clean and spacious as well as safe with the staff wearing masks. Updated: they restocked their plastic lids, can safely drink without tea spilling from a loose lid. You've earned your star back.

Great customer service, I love the cups they have for tea & bubble tea. We tried the Milk Candy bubble tea for the first time and my kids went crazy for it! We also had the Taro bubble tea which was delish of course. They even gave me a cup of tapioca to take home since they were closing and didn't want to throw away the tapioca. I definitely will be back to try their waffle and ice cream cups! They look solo tasty.

The boba is really soft and chewy! The Milk tea is really good. The egg waffle is ok, maybe need more milk and eggs. It tasted more sugar than other flavors.
