It is fine. The brushes always seem like they need to be replaced. The machines don't take 20s. And it is hit or miss if there is soap/wax loaded. It has always had water tho. It also offers the drive thru wash and plenty of vacuum areas.

Spent 45 mins in this car wash! My car was dirty from a long trip, very impressed with the WAX option! Read the signs before using certain products tho

This car wash is not good. You are literally not allowed to use a sponge while self washing. We couldn't walk all the way around the vehicle with the sprayer because the hose was zip tied down on the side of the wash. It is a pretty expensive wash too. The owner is not the nicest. Probably just hit the next car wash.

I have run into the guy face to face and he doesn't do refunds, at least he wouldn't for me. I couldn't find a telephone number so I went down about 8:30 and happen to catch him. Good luck! Hope it goes better for you.
Some people have not evolved to this civilized modern times. I wish u didn't have to experience that situation 😞. I personally have never had a bad experience there. They do have a great facility & good detergents. Wish there employees had better manners.
