Very rude and unprofessional phlebotomists. Alexis is such a pretty girl. Too bad she has such an ugly, nasty, attitude. The rest of the staff is good accept for the tall, White girl with the purple hair. If they were half as professional and friendly as the ladies at the front are, this would be a great donation center. I was a new donor and I got there at 11:00 am. I didn't get finished until FIVE O'CLOCK PM!! When I made mention to the one with the purple hair, she totally stopped my hook up to the machine and they both continued to ignore me for 35 min. As if I don't have the right to say anything. I am grown and I have the right to speak. Of course, they have their favorite donors who they chat and laugh with and make sure they get in and out. However, I'm not going to play politics with a bunch of children. Good luck.

Would definitely not recommend going here! Place felt gross from the moment I walked in. I was standing waiting for someone to speak with about donating for the first time, then a man comes up trying to get someone to speak to him and they completely ignored him aswell... He was trying to inform the staff of blood on the bathroom floor. I walked out whenever I realized they were not paying any attention to the people in the first time donor area and that they completely ignored the man with an actual concern! I don't understand how there is a "front desk", with no one at it... If 0 stars were possible this place would definitely be it.

Stood out here from 06:25 to 07:00 to 08:30 employees standing around in the parking lot smoking and joking. At 07:30 they’re inside smoking and joking and at 08:30 still standing around smoking and joking inside. This place need a hard overhaul.

Hi Celi! Yes your blood is drawn. But it's the plasma that they then take out of your blood, but I do believe that it's your time that they compensate you for. Hope this helped.😎🤷🏻♂️🤙🏼
Yes you can donate. Just try to take it hour or so before you go donate.
If it's your first time ever donating plasma you got to bring ID or driver license Social Security card and sometimes they ask for a utility bill to the address of where you stay at but that might have changed... your first 4 times donating you get $60,$75 and then goes back to $60 and $75 after doing the first 4 times it goes down to $35 - $45 but depending on your weight it could be $5 less.
$65 first donation $75 for second donation the second week $65 for the first donation of the week and 75 for the second donation of the week
Yes, as long as you meet all other criteria, as long as you can move yourself from wheelchair to the donation bed you will be allowed to donate
Yes take 🆔 card, ssc, & any mail with your name on it.
No
Lengthy and disorganized. Newer and cleaner facility, but too time consuming and pays less for new donors. I would recommend Octaplasma in Garland.
You might want to be sure it's within 30 especially if it's your first time donating if you are a returning donor then it might not matter as much
Anything but junk mail. Not advertisements, or coupons etc
I would of left and came back another time they change drs. often. I would of made sure there was a different Dr there
Open 7 days a week.
Yes, they are.
Yes. Long lines
No. free n clear
They wanted a social security card also
If it's your first time... ID, social security card, and something that proves your residents (if your ID doesn't have your current address then bring a piece of mail)
You should be able to.
Yes. You have to show proof of residency like a bill etc.
No appointment needed. You need an ID and something with your address on it like a bill or a bank statement. It has to be dated within last 30 days. It will take about 2 hours. You will get $60 for your first 4 donations.
No just go early as possible it can take a lil while
You will be able to donate but will be considered as a return donor.....And yes you have to re- register.
Unfortunately not but you can go downtown in Fort Worth.
That would be a great question to ask them because I would assume you can't because of the risks
U will b consider a new donor
You will need Id, and proof of address. Since it's been a while, be prepared to be there for at least 2-3 hours. You will have to watch a video, they will test your vein, do your physical, answer some health questions, they will test your protein and plasma levels and blood pressure. Once you pass, you will then head to the back to donate. For new doors it's about $65/$55 for a month them it goes to$32/$45. Make sure you don't skip any days for that new donor month. You can donate twice a week
You will have to come in and be evaluated by one of the nurses.
Correct
Yes you are able to smoke marijuana and still donate but you sign a consent to randomly be tested for other drugs (such as cocaine)which arent allowed
5pm
Call the location and they will tell you the current new doner rates. After the new doner rates you get 32 and 45 if you donate twice in a week.
Just at that location. You can transfer to new location .
When your a new donor you can go any day it takes about 3 to 4 hours for the whole process .
As long as you're in a the gud range (120 / 80) they will let you donate but if you're blood pressure is too big or low they will go e you the opportunity to take a seat for 15 mins and retake the blood pressure test. If you're a point away they will even give you grace to still donate.
Sorry I'm not sure, I think there all One system. But it doesn't hurt to call & check. Good luck!
You could donate at 1 and then change up to the other location but you can't go back and forward from locations cuz you'll get banned .
Just first time
After 48 hours you can donate again to a maximum of twice per week.
FYI. CALLED CENTER IN MESQUITE TX. IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING INSULIN SHOTS. THE EMPLOYEE SAID YOU CAN DONATE.
As long as you are not insulin dependent
No
Yes they took my auto insurance card.
$60/$75/$60/$75 your first 4 times
7pm during the week 5pm in the weekends
I would call and asked.
It should do fine
I believe if you have sealed mail with current address and name properly displayed they may accept that. I think i may have brought a copy of my phone bill but it was some time ago. Best bet is to call and check with them
The mail has to be anything other than junk mail. If not a bill, then tax statement, bank statement, insurance, social security, health amd human services, etc...
Yes they are open
Yes, unless you are a new donor sometimes you can sometimes you can't
$75.00 then 65.00 then 75.00 the 65.00. Then it goes to 35.00 first visit of week 2nd visit 45.00
If you donated on Wednesday 13th and Friday the 15. Those would be your two days in a 7 day period to donate. So you wouldn't be able to donate untill the next Wednesday 20th.
Its been six months since I've been to csl if I donated once at biomat Wednesday can i go to csl today I've on my donated once this week
