This place is amazing! They have a huge selection of fireplace and kitchens to walk through, two floors. It was heavenly. Rich was fantastic walking us through the options and answering questions. He is so patient and knowledgeable and his staff was friendly and helpful as well. This place will have you so excited about numerous options for your home. They have an entire room with all the catalogs organized so they bring you out the options of any brand or customized piece to see what is available. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. One of it not the worst experiences of my life. They charged my debit card for 4x the amount that was owed. Which over drafted our account. They gave us the run around about fixing the problem. It took days to have the reimbursement go through. When they did finally reimburse us THEY over paid us $1300 and never stopped calling me to get me to pay them back AFTER they over drafted our account. It was borderline harassment with the number of times they called me. Seriously you can buy appliances anywhere! Save yourself the trouble I went through and shop anywhere else!!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a new stove and microwave. Tom Gargano is a great salesperson with a lot of knowledge and made this a very easy transaction. The prices we were given beat out the big box stores as well. We will be using them in the future for any appliance needs.

This place is the worst! I bought a Bosch refrigerator there in early May 2021 and paid extra to have it delivered/installed. Issue #1 - When they were installing it they dented both doors on my kitchen island - very noticeable dents on each door! The incompetent delivery men could not have cared less about what they did and told me to call the store. The store referred me to a Bosch tech representative and he has done nothing to remedy the situation. The Bosch tech representative keeps telling me that the doors are on order at the factory. It is now five months later and nothing has been done. Issue #2 - The The incompetent delivery men did not remove the protective film from the doors and installed the door handles on top of it. After they left I had to remove the film from the doors (because they did not do it) and the film was protruding from underneath the handles. This place is the worst!
