Lived at Hollandale for 2yrs. We enjoyed every minute of it. Staff and maintenance were always very nice. Maintenance was always done in a timely manor. We LOVED all the geese, but there was geese dropping everywhere. Relatively quiet, we were in the middle between the lower floor and top floor apartments. As far as noise, it all depends on your neighbors more than you, and that's just how it is in an apartment. Only reason we moved was for a change of scenery and a little more space really. My fiancé works from home now as a result of COVID and needed a change from our 1br + den apartment. Sadly they didn't have anything available at the time so we moved. However, we would love to move back to Hollandale!

Lived here for over 1.5 years now, and so far still have no complaints. Apartment is good, noise is relatively minimal, staff has always been helpful whenever we've needed them, and the complex is well maintained. Just want to update this review to say that Jennifer and Linda are extremely helpful and friendly in the office

Here is the quick version of the review: Cleanliness : OK Service : Very Poor Property Manager: Worst of the worst And all the apartments have this strange stink, I dont know what is that If you want more details, You can read below: I usually dont write the reviews that long, but I had such a bad experience with Hollandale Apartments, I couldnt stop myself writing one. The management is so bad, they dont care about tenants. They are only nice untill you sign the lease. The moment you sign the lease, they dont care about you. They are rude, so un-professionals that they hang up calls while you are talking to them. I lived there 2 year, they never fixed my AC despite many requests. instead the reason they gave me is - since my apartment unit is on the top floor, it gets hot there...wow..Thats the excuse you have..seriously ? The other time I wanted to talk to the property Manager, She refused to talk to me or even give me an appointment....!! This property manager is the worst of the worst you can find. Stay away from her and stay away from this apartment. The only good point about this apartment is its location is close to basic shopping points, but there are many other apartments like that. Seriously, this is not worth it. I hope in future, this property manager gets changed and them condition might improve. Good to folks who are considering this apartments !!

If you enjoy paying almost 1,000 a month for a poorly done apartment that is outdated, then this is the place for you. Paint is chipping off the wall and a bug problem every summer. The staff are so rude and passive aggressive any time you have a problem. We have had maintenance just sit in their cars in the middle of the road doing absolutely nothing. These people don’t care about tenants at all. Don’t waste your money on this place because it’s going to people who don’t deserve it.
