Straightforward and knowledgeable. I came in for a key copy and even though their machine was down, the nice gentleman carved my key by hand! He also walked to my car and double checked it worked fine. That's dedication! Tips to anybody who want to use their service. 1.) Email ahead of time. They probably can do 99% of what people ask for, but I find it is always nice to double check to be respectful of everybody's time. 2.) If you are in a hurry, avoid Monday mornings if you can, they are at their busiest then. 3.) They are a family-owned, local business. We should be supporting such places like this! Since they can be short-staffed during these unstable times, we should all be kinder and more patient with one another.

Had great service to help replace my extra Toyota Tacoma key that I lost. Edward was so helpful and charismatic. He explained the process and the fact that there is a chip on the key that allows the ignition to work. He also loves animals and my two dogs were welcome there and instantly knew he was a friend.

I wanted to make sure I gave recognition where it was due. These guys went above and beyond to provide outstanding service and short notice. I called because I needed a special transponder key made for my Buick. Their price was significantly less than a nearby competitor and they could get me in a lot quicker. Not only did they stay true to their word, the employee actually went beyond to give me the code I needed if I wanted to buy future keys. Come to find out my old key was the reason my ignition cylinder was not working properly. The new key is so perfect I have absolutely no problems anymore! I will definitely be going back to them to program my key fob soon too.
