Management is awful. You’re always gonna need maintenance, however the office never answers the phone and when they do they overpromise and under-serve.. to put it lightly. There’s no reason they should only have one maintenance team taking care of this complex and multiple others - rent is unbelievably overcharged for rundown spaces, hire another maintenance team so they can actually help all tenants. Zero customer service skills in the office, would highly recommend some major training. Terrible place to live, would absolutely not recommend.

The apartment was old. The appliances were ID. The apartment didn’t even come with a microwave. The neighbors above were loud and made noise all day and night. The neighbor next door was horrible too. He once cursed us out in front of my niece. Anytime we called for maintenance, it took months to repair. We only had one car and we could never find parking. It would take a long time to a parking and we had to park away from the apartment. There was no form of local public transportation so we needed the car too. The experience was not good.

I've lived here for many years and I've love it. When I was shown the apartment it was so clean and something I could being my home for years to come. Management is very nice and reasonable. Some of the best people in their positions. Very nice area and right off the highway. Easy to find and close to many big name stores like target and market 32. 10/10 would recommend this place when coming to the area.

My son lived here for a few years and there were hidden and additional fees added throughout his lease. They took almost all of his security deposit with an additional, "Final vacant service fee." His garage door collapsed and they refused to fix it for almost a year. He had an engagement party in the community room that was booked for quite some time, with details written in the contract. About an hour before guests arrived they told them that one room had to be closed early, which was clearly a breech of contract. This was the room where food was to be served. Nobody there could help us. You could never reach anyone unless they thought you owed them money. They even tried charging him for rent after his lease ended. He gave his leave notice in time, and they treated him like trash. They also promised amenities that they did not deliver. The pool was always closed. The package lockers were unusable because nobody in management knows how to use them. Due to COVID they took away some amenities, but they were never reimbursed. He continued to pay fees for things that were taken away. Save yourself money and a headache and live anywhere else. I would give them a zero rating, but it does not allow me to do so.

I also do not work for the group- I am a Senior and was not offered a discount. I was also placed in an apt that was in a mixed area. I have been very happy here with an extremely supportive office staff.
