I requested labs to be drawn that were suggested by another provider I had seen, but the provider I saw here refused to order most of the labs for me. Additionally I called one time to refill a prescription and was charged $140 for a telehealth appointment. I called back multiple times regarding this matter once i recieved the bill. The office manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to do anything about it.

I am new to this office as I just moved to the area. I have been in twice so far and saw Veronica and Katie who were both amazing. I really felt listened to and all of my concerns were taken seriously. Highly recommend this practice.

These other reviews about Joanne the “office manager” are accurate. I would like to add, that she is also very hostile and aggressive towards employees.I have also witnessed similar obnoxious behavior towards patients. Definitely not management material. She needs to be fired. It’s unfortunate, because I liked the doctor. I will not support tyrant behavior from management though. Time to look for another practice 👍.

Made appt 2 weeks ago. Got confirmation. Showed up to appt on time and prepared. Was told my appt was "bumped" and there was nothing else available. Absolutely unprofessional. I took day off from work to go to this appt. Called office manager who was no help at all. Unacceptable. There was no emergency occurring and no one notified me of an appt change. All I got was an "I'm sorry". Not even a coffee coupon for my trouble. I have been a patient there for 20+ years and never received such horrible service as this. They told me there was no time for me to get an appt today yet they were all able to take their HOUR lunch. What ever happened to decent customer service? I told office manager that if I hadn't shown up to appt, I would have been charged $25 for a no show. That's what I should get back, plus $5 in gas money to get to and from appt. They didn't even try to make it right, just scheduled me another appt next week, even though I needed the paperwork done TODAY. What a waste of my time and all because they can't handle scheduling appts properly. Ridiculous!

I agree call your insurance to make sure the practice or an individual provider is in network. An office can accept and bill an insurance, but not be in network.... For the best use of insurance, it is best to stay in network.
