I was on an old plan and upgrade service for $80 less. All I was doing was going into the store to have my phone fixed. It was a 7+. So the phone was a doa. I got a new 13 iPhone. The staff were honest, professional and friendly. All I can say is thanks.

I’ve never had a better experience shopping for cellular service. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, however, I’d like to send a special shout out to my man Chris. He’s known as “Radio Shack” to his coworkers because of his knowledge and experience. The guy knows his stuff. I was at the Clifton Park NY store today. I couldn’t get the cellular paired to my Apple Watch. The DM Rachel and her teamed helped me for almost an hour. Hello Lisa! The last time I was in the Clifton Park store a man came in and paid his bill. So, I know at least one store let's you. I wouldn't be surprised if that were true for all the AT&T stores. I hope this helped!
