Pro's: Close to the beach, great views from our unit. Comfortable beds and nice living space with open kitchen. Underground parking and elevator was useful for my parents. Nice TV's in every bedroom. Enjoyed the gas stove and large refrigerator. Inside washer and dryer was convenient. Con's: The fish smell in the kitchen never left. We thought maybe the previous guests cooked fish, or something was stuck in the disposal. Thank goodness we all like seafood but the constant smell was annoying. Hot Tub was NOT hot. It took 4 days to finally heat up to 100° and it just wasn't comfortable either. Very disappointing as we were really looking for a unit with an awesome hot tub/view. There was a family of pigeons nesting behind the hot tub and we constantly were trying to keep them off the hot tub cover. Master bath shower was sorta hot but the other bathroom shower was COLD!! It was very inconvenient for our family of 4 to have to use just one bathroom for showers. Kitchen utensils were lacking...we enjoy cooking even on vacation and were disappointed in lack of pots/pans and other cooking tools. Essentially our stay at "No Worries Mate" wasn't worry free and I won't plan on staying here again. I should add that we previously owned a condo here on the coast...not at Keystone but elsewhere and we have stayed at a LOT of different places. This was not the worst but not the best either.

Easy check in, beautiful condo, very clean and comfortable! Beach access is walking distance and incredible views from the balcony and hot tub! Only 3 blocks from down town shops and restaurants but very quiet and little traffic at the condo.

Hubby and I just finished up our stay in Unit 36. Large corner suite. Two bedrooms with king size beds, each with own ensuite. Unobstructed views of the ocean in two directions. Hot tub on the balcony was perfect after a long day of hiking, running, sightseeing. Everything you could possibly need in a kitchen was there....even the spices. My only complaint was the mattress in one of the rooms. It was very soft and uncomfortable. It was no problem for us because we simply moved into the other bedroom. Had there been more people with us, it would have been an issue.

We enjoyed an amazing three night stay at Keystone's Sand Dollar vacation home. Everything was just as we had hoped including the private hot tub on the deck. The views were amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed sitting in the recliner watching each night's sunset. We hope to return very soon!
