I have always avoided dealership service like the plague, until I purchased a Mitsubishi and started to do business with these guys. The car purchase was great—fair and reasonable. The service writers are top notch, good communicators, reasonable, friendly and treat you like you are family. I have had a few warranty issues with the car and they have treated me well along the way. Loaners, personal vehicle delivery, calls and their ability to take the frustration with supply chain issues and not put that on me. I just feel like they have treated me like they would treat a close family member or friend and it makes me happy with my decision to business with them. Also, the prices are reasonable and that’s appreciated too.

Being a woman, I have found my experience with this type of business and the gentlemen who work there, they were extremely Condescending and found it necessary to "mansplain" everything. This has not been my experience the 2 times I have gone to this particular location. The services are a bit more expensive than some other similar places, but I would much rather pay a little bit extra to be treated with respect. Every single interaction I have had with these men, regardless of what area of the service department they work in, has been pleasant. It is a wonderful group of men that they have at Tony Mangino's. I hope this survey reaches them so they know how much they are appreciated.

Justin was the best salesman my Fiancé and I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I have a 5 month old baby, and a 4 year old. Justin made us feel like he genuinely cared about putting our family in a safe vehicle. Justin was informative, knowledgeable about every product, friendly and just a very nice person to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. I ordered parts for my Mitsubishi and got them within a week. Cute little showroom, they had three vehicles inside that were very nice. They have a little seating area for the customers, they also have coffee for your wait.
