I wish I could give 0 stars. Lee Sorino's office dropped my insurance without an email, without a phone call, and with ONE letter sent to our house in the same letter format as any monthly bill (we all use auto-pay so no one actually opens these). We're on the group plan, as well, and no one on our plan was notified. My parents have been with Serino's office since 1985 specifically to work with personnel who would treat them with kindness and respect. In this singular incident, not only were were not respected enough to have been contacted, we were also lied to about the reasons for not having been contacted and given 3 days notice for the cancellation. When asked why I was dropped, the reply was given in a very condescending tone and I was hung up on. Do not recommend. In response to the owner's reply: it is a group plan under my mother's insurance, who lives in NY. There was not a change of address for the plan. We were told from Lee, "It is against the law to call and inform that we are dropping your insurance;" we called and verified with State Farm that it is, of course, not illegal. When you work with a local broker, you expect that courtesy. That is all. I only hope this helps others in the future. Work with anyone else.
