Never cared for this company to begin with. Was turning in equipment and was helped as soon as I walked in. However when I said I wanted to make a payment.... Took me to a machine that takes your check. Nit a person! I said I was making a partial payment and the rep ignored that. So the check went in and even though it was written for partial payment, it took the whole payment out! Ridiculous!! Sometimes automation isn't a great thing!!

Visited today to inquire about continuing Spectrum email after an account was closed due to the customer moving to a senior living complex. Tarah was extremely helpful and couldn't have been more congenial and concerned in helping solve the issue. Tarah left no stone unturned and was able to switch the Spectrum email to a new account in the senior complex. A wonderful experience dealing with Tarah. Thank you Tarah.

Went in this past weekend to switch to their mobile service, and the guy there was incredibly helpful and friendly. There was a bit of a wait as it was pretty busy, but he was efficient. I'll be back for sure if I need anything else.

Good service. Store was basically empty but I was not called right away because I didn't realize you need to check in at the first display. Make sure to check in or the service reps will not call you. Once we got past that the service was quick and the representative was helpful.
