I had an appointment prior to surgery for a barium swallow. Albany Med scheduled my appointment at Image Care of Clifton Park. While having the test done I explained to the nurse AND the woman administering the test how important it is for Albany Med to have these results ASAP!! I was assured by both Albany Med would have them the next day (Friday). I called to speak with my doctor on Friday and Albany Med informed me they still have not received the results. I called Image Care of Clifton Park and the woman who answered the phone went over the fax number the results were sent over to. I gave her a fax number right to the office and she assured me the minute she hung up they were being sent over. I waited an hour or so and called my doctor back. No results!!!! Now it’s Saturday, my doctor is in the office and called to tell me they still have not arrived. Image Care of Clifton Park is closed today. My surgery is 5:30 AM Monday!!!! These people at Image Care of Clifton Park do not care what you have going on in your life. They will tell you they’re going to do something, promise you they’re going to do it and they do NOT deliver. I will never use them again for anything!!!!! If you have something of an urgency that requires pretty fast attention DO NOT go to Image Care of Clifton Park!!!! Ask your provider to find someplace else. I am beyond furious and upset with this place. Never again!
