Absolutely great experience with them. Their have very friendly clinicians, and the support staff works with you! Very LGBTQIA friendly. I was on a time crunch and they helped me make sure I got enough appointments in to meet my time schedule!

Been going here a lot for laser hair removal, it is sufficient. They don't have nitrous oxide gas anymore.

I recently had a conversation with one of the providers there and I was told that they didn’t offer laser treatment for my skin type. So I asked her, what do you mean because I was never tested for my skin here yet. She said that they didn’t treat my type of skin tone because it’s too dark. I said, do you mean African American skin and she said yes. She said, you’re skin will only be eligible for electrolysis. I found it very hard too believe because when I had my consultation. I was never told any of this information. I’m very disappointed and I hope no one experience this.

Dr.Gromko is the sweetest doctor i have ever been too! She makes you feel comfortable and like you're talking to an old friend every time you go in! The receptionist does the exact same! Supper sweet, caring, gets to know you! I feel so comfortable there!!
