I'm very unhappy with the delivery service I get here. I have had mail suppose to be delivered that day and it would not be in the mailbox. It would show up three or four days later riped up and dirty. I have also had a home medical test that had to be sent back to the lab and it took todays. for the mailman to pick it up so it was fineing pick up and the silly milkman took it next door and put with the junk mail at my neighbors apartments.If it wasn't for them my lab test would n't of made to the lab to see if I had cancer. We have a mailman pick and choose s what mail gets delivered, or not all. Its a dam shame. I use to go to that post office when I was a little girl. No problem at the post office or delivers. Now that I'm in my fifties I give the delivery service a BIG FAT F !!!Its 6:36 pm Sat where is is my mail !!!

They don't have your key. They only have a key to open all mailboxes at once for the whole building but you can ask your mail carrier in person so they can give you access for you to unlock it from the inside and get a new one for replacement.
oh, THAT is WONDERFUL "they'll give you the best answer"?!?! Like WHO is gonna PAY MY $80 PAST DUE GAS BILL that THEY have NOT DELIVERED since JULY?!? ..it's DECEMBERNOW!

There is one in front of the post office but only for letters. If you want to drop off a package, best place is the downtown post office. The lobby is open until 7pm.

Postal workers at 90806 do whatever they want. That's the training they receive from their supervisors. He doesn't pick up outgoing mail, never will knock your door to deliver something that doesn't fit in your mailbox, nor even carry that type of mail, only drops the slips (notice) in.They were denying receipts to some customers that print labels online and drop it off at the office. Some of these customers were given the receipt and some others not (that is discrimination). You need to contact the consumer affairs for a solution. If they don't hear you, ask them to forward your complains to the district Office.
