I have had a simply great experience with the Tuskes team thru the pre-sales, design , construction and closing process. We saw few minor cosmetic defects within first 60 days, that were timely and nicely handled by the Warranty team. But I had some serious concerns with the grading around the house, which caused standing water in our yard after each rain. The grading was not correctly and comprehensively done in the first place, when the construction was complete in the adjacent lots, without keeping our lot in mind. We discovered the puddles soon after it rained and reported them as a part of 60 day Warranty items. The issue was constantly tracked and monitored by Tuskes team, and as we reported them after each rain, I could see some work was being done. It did take 2-3 rounds of grading/dirt-fill, but with the most recent rainfall that lasted more than 24 hours, I could see that the water puddle was slowly cleared with 6-8 hours of the rain. So I truly appreciate Tuskes team looking into the concerns and persistently working for us to have a satisfactory consumer experience , post sales as well.

We are closing on our home in October. We have had such an amazing experience with Anne! She has gone over the top for us and making sure we are happy. We can’t wait to close on our house! We have loved the process! Anne updates us with photos and stays in touch. She is truly amazing!

Tuskes homes is amazing to work with, nicolise was so great to work with she went over everything with us and was so patient and quick to respond to any text calls or emails.. we have built with another builder and it was a horrible experience!!! Tuskes is professional, quality work, and If you have a family or just starting one I would chose this builder again and again!!!!

I was nice enough to remove my previous poor review with more optimistic expectations. But once again, nothing has changed. No reply from Dana as usual. Let’s hope the one year goes semi decently. Exhausted.
