6.4.22 Now they said I moved without an address update and are returning my clothing from Target to sender after it being out for delivery yesterday. Lazy Lazy! 92612904852514571291436848 I just moved and ordered two pairs of shoes. One arrived the other was “pick up”, now a wallet sized cosmetics bag was carried around all day yesterday and checked back in at the post office at 10:45 pm instead of being delivered. Resolved after 48 hours.

I normally never have the extreme need to leave reviews like these but this one is required due to 2 unacceptable incidences here. The first incident took place when I purchased 2 money orders to pay rent which were then stolen and cashed by the fraudster (they washed the payee and had written their own names) I was told to file claims for both and pay the $7 fee on each to get details on the checks so I can then proceed with filing a fraud claim. When I went this office to do that, the woman with long hair who sits at the far right hand corner, accidentally filed the same check receipt twice instead one for each. I then had to go back 2 weeks later to inform her in which she said I was wrong then later looked at the receipt to realize she did in fact make an error then refiled which then took an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks to get any information back. Overall, US post office wasn’t able to get my money back even after I submitted proof of everything. Mind you, I am a bank manager I understand how all of this goes but for a US postal service to not be able to insure their guests money after fraud is insane. I took the $1500 loss and ended paying additional rent during a pandemic just to keep up with my rent. That was strike 1. Strike 2, same place - I went to ship 2 packages for next day priority delivery paying over $250 - the packages were delivered FOUR days later. 4 days later. This office is the worst I have ever worked with in 35 years. It deserves to be shut down entirely.

I recently purchased an item for a friend and was told that the package was delivered. I was told that the package last stopped at this location before getting sent to me. When I went to check for the package, there was nothing on my porch, so I made a claim with the facility. I was called a day later by the location and they stated that there wasn't anything they could do because the package's "geo tag" was scanned and it was definitely delivered. The person claimed that they knew the individual who delivered it and they are great at their job. They then told me that the package was highly likely stolen so again there is nothing they could do. A day later, I decided to recheck the ring app that I have on my residence that is clearly facing my porch which means you will be able to see everything. At the exact time the "geo tag" was supposedly scanned, there was no individual at that time which means the package wasn't even delivered. I called the facility again claiming I had physical evidence showing that the package wasn't delivered. The individual that spoke to me claimed that my evidence didn't mean anything and it was their word against mine. I then asked if I could speak to a supervisor and she claimed she was the supervisor and that if I wanted to complain, I would have to complain to her. She wouldn't let me speak and was honestly just being extremely rude. If you do go through this facility, make sure that you have to sign for the package or get it delivered to the store so you know it would be at that location. Make sure the package has insurance because they will take advantage of that. The people here are stealing the packages! This location is CORRUPT so beware!!!

Yes i agree. Its the worst Post Office ever. They lose mail all the time
The mail can be late for a number of reasons. Maybe the regular who delivers to your bank may be off for the day so your block will be given to a substitute carrier as extra. Right now it's political season and everyone who running who is well funded is flooding the post office with political flyers that greatly slows the carriers down. Talk to a carrier briefly and they will tell you. Letters can now be tracked at a certain point just get the USPS app and sing up for informed delivery.
You have go into the post office to the pickup window when Mr there after 10:30 or submit issue through your online account Good Luck
Because they're lazy. This happened to me everyday for three yrs. Reported it but they never fixed it
What block do you live in? Some Saturdays the mail is very light and not all house get mail. There may have been a safety issue for example there may habe been a dog out with no dogleash.
Yes they do. Leave a note on your box for the carrier to see. Or you can go down to the station to let them know.
I found it it's always safer to just put my outgoing mail in a blue box I usually mail stuff with tracking with the way things are going these days you can't just drop something in the mail and expected to be delivered where you are sending it I get mail from the people that live in my apartment before me I've been getting it for 18 months the mailman wouldn't take it either until I started getting on his case about it
This post office doesn't handle passports.
Try calling the post office maybe they have a record if the package esp if u paid w check or card
No. We were there a week ago and had to buy 5--at the window. There are no kiosks here.
