I dont get a "warm and fuzzy" and feel like my dog is just a "number". I don't sense great compassion for my pup nor ever met or establishedany relationshipwith any of the staff. I also feel they price gouge. If you're looking for a vet for annual vaccines and atmosphere as a "drive thru" this is a good place for you.

The staff is friendly enough, but my experience hasn't been the best. I took my dog in with an obvious case of lyme. I understand that they must do a blood test, an office visit and the medication. They gave my dog 8 days worth of medicine. She took it all, but it did not kick the lyme. When I called back the first associate left me on hold for over 30 minutes, then hung up on me. Then, they said I need to pay for another visit, another test and another prescription. I would happily pay for the meds, but another blood test and another visit for the same issue is disheartening. Caring for pets is expensive enough and this felt like a money grab. They should at least waive the visit fee/testing and prescribe her the correct dosage. I will not return here ever again. $250.00 for a service that didn't take care of my dog, and they want another 250.00 for their mistake. UPDATE: The manager was kind enough to reach out to me, and they did admit they didn't give my dog 28 days of meds, but instead 28 pills. However, they didn't refund the visit, the blood tests or the failed medication run that I paid FULL price for. It cost me over 550.00 when all was said and done with the new vet. People can't afford this in this climate right now. I appreciate them admitting the mistake, but to not offer to correct it is again disappointing.

Love all the ladies that work here! They all take very good care of my 3 dogs and we have been going to Banfield in Clifton Park for years. Always get an appointment but make sure you book a head of time if possible, they get very busy and booked up fast. Everyone is very friendly though if you decide to bring your animal in.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
