I've been withholding my review because I'm stuck in this ridiculously overpriced place. But after months and months of leaking issues, two mold clean outs that disrupted my entire life (which they took weeks to address each time) and being left with zero light in my bathroom for months on end, I think people should know that they should not rent here. Maintenance is understaffed and these places are too old to not have good maintenance response. Honestly, they should just buy us all out and demolish the whole place at this point. I even requested to switch to a bigger apartment, but it would cost an additional $2000 apparently. Just living here has been one of the most anxiety-inducing experiences of my life. Nobody should be concerned about their health and have the place they rent from practically hold them hostage.

I wish I wasn’t forced to give this place one star because it is the absolute worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. This place is a nightmare! The leasing office is rude, disrespectful, and not helpful what so ever! Maintenance is slow I have had requests in for 3+ months that still have yet to be resolved. I have had 4 emergency maintenance requests due to having multiple leaks and it has taken them between 1-4weeks to resolve those major problems. The towing company that they use, ComTow is even worse. They tow cars that are located in the visitor spot and the apartment complex does nothing about it. Half of the amenities are always broken but they use the excuse that they are fixing them but somehow 6 months later and everything is still broken. Gate is ALWAYS broken it has worked for a total of 1 week since I’ve been here. Outrageous rent for a HORRIBLE place. Please I am begging do not give this place your money.

This place is an absolute JOKE. They don’t care about the tenants what so EVER!!! We have called numerous times, put in many service requests and now they’ve CLOSED the leasing office and if you knock they just look at you and shake their heads. We have a terrible ant problem in our apartment, even the neighbors have said they won’t answer them either. Our cabinet door is broken, a window that leaks every time it rains, a clogged drain for WEEKS now. Haven’t seen pest control once which should be every month. I pay $1300 a month FOR WHAT?! If we don’t get some answers/responses soon I’ll be taking legal action. Disgusting human beings run this place, don’t live here.

I applied to live in this complex over a week ago, was denied within a day because I didn’t make FOUR TIMES the rent (even though I am in the United States Air Force with a newborn baby and I make more than enough to pay the rent). They asked me to provide additional income or add a guarantor, which I didn’t have. So I told the guy I was texting with, Leo, that I would just like to withdraw my application and get my refund for the “move-in fee” that was processed so I could use that money at a different complex. I have been ignored for about a week now, have tried calling the complex and it’s just on a consistent loop of automated messages. If I don’t hear a response from them tomorrow I will be taking further action because this is theft of my money.

Honestly I only ever use the 9th street gate, and it's totally random and there's no schedule. It's open 95% of the time though
