I stopped by today without a pre-set appointment and Garrett Smith immediately welcomed me and was able to take me on a tour. He was very kind and informative on the property, and he also gave me all the needed information regarding the units of interest to me to take home. Very friendly and welcoming environment, and Garrett definitely made me even more interested in moving forward with renting here!

I have had numerous issues with a neighbor since I moved in at the beginning of the year. I spoke with the office about the first occurrence (as most apartment complexes request that you do) and was informed they cannot and will not do anything about overly loud noises during the day. They stated they only thing I could do was be a courteous neighbor and knock on their door to request that they turn it down, but the resident has no obligation to oblige. Since I work from home and had a meeting to attend, I had no other option but to ask the resident myself, and therefore forfeited my anonymity. Here is a video of my neighbor at Sur Club, blaring their bass, screaming, and clapping in retaliation to finding out that I lodged complaint against them to the office again, for loud music and smoking in the building. This occurrence happened right after they were able to confront me, verbally assault me, and threaten the way I live at my apartment all for filing a complaint. She was able to do this, because management refused to allow me to handle these issues anonymously. This course of action has directly affected my safety here at Sur Club and they refuse to answer emails regarding how unsafe and threatened I feel now.

First off I want to say thank you to the whole entire team at Sur Club. Adrianna, Corey, the team and the residents really are all awesome and warm welcoming. The team truly embodies the term support your local businesses. If your looking for a community that's filled with positive energy, fun, laughter and some delicious food.......Well look no further Sur Club Apartments is now your new home.

So far I love living at Sur Club! Yes, this apartment is expensive and was definitely more than I was wanting to spend but I can honestly say it's worth it!! It literally feels like I live in a resort. Great location, brand new so it's sparkling clean, and has really nice amenities and a dog park. The apartment has smart home features, a HUGE washer and dryer, granite counter tops, a giant patio, and high ceilings. I even get a nice view of the sunset and the gorgeous pool from my patio. I've almost always had a bad experience with apartment management but the staff here has gone above and beyond. Eric and the team are very quick to respond to the million and one questions I've had and the maintenance crew responds to requests promptly as well. Coming from a complex where my requests were constantly ignored, it is definitely a breath of fresh air.
