I am giving a five star review because of the sales associate Jimmy Lee. He did a great job of showing the vehicles we were interested in with no pressure. He was knowledgeable as well. That said, as with most car dealerships lately, the choices were limited. They should have at least one vehicle of each to drive. Had to go to Raleigh to drive the new Corolla cross. Overall good experience and Jimmy Lee was a big help.

I have to take a moment to share the great experience I had with Addy at Toyota of New Bern. Addy was very pleasant in her communication and worked hard to find exactly the vehicle we were searching for. I’m not local to New Bern and was shopping multiple Toyota dealerships. Of all the dealerships, Addy was honestly the most pleasant & consistent with her communication, always keeping me up to date with the latest. Shop around different finance companies and see if they will refinance it and get a cheaper payment along with a better interest rate
