Why would you post a comment on Google instead of calling Toyota?
I have had excellent service there. Contact the service department,I'm sure the have a solution.
The service personnel there cost me a day and a half of work and couldn't even connect vacuum hoses after a simple check. I wouldn't hold my breath. Buy your car there then run far away.
