Dr Chen very professional. His PA is highly unprofessional, rude, no compassion. I paid $65 dollars for 5 min of his time. He labeled me a drug addict due to I've just had a lot of issues between 2 herniated disks and I have kidney stone last few months. I was issued pain meds. He labeled red flagged yelled at me said " he has problem and refused to refill it " I told him mult times I am NOT HERE FOR THAT YET IT WOULD NICE TO BE REFILLED UNTIL IGET MY CORTIZONE SHOT- THATS WHAT I WANT. I I DID NOT ARGUE W HIM . He literally accused me getting stuff from another doctor. I honestly don't know what that one is . He literally made me feel like a liar. He stormed out the room, sent me to desk. He then went talking about me yelling to the nurse. Nurse was laughing. I just had bad things happen in last few months . I did not ask for stuff to happen. This dude is racial color so Mayne he doesn't like white people. He was very rude, gave me 5 min, did not even che k or evaluate me.he had 0 compassion. And he was 10000% wrong about what he accused me of. I'm very upset. He left me crying in my car. I am preachers daughter and I know rights wrongs, and always be honest . I'm very very very upset . He was a very rude person and I'm guessing biased

Dr. Chen is helping my wife Kirsten with her neck and back pain. He is an excellent physician who listened to the specifics of her pain and resolved her issues. Highly recommended.

The entire staff is exceptional. The supporting staff are customer driven, the nurses, physician assistants and physicians are knowledgeable, caring and each is an outstanding professional. Confidence abounds when you are a patient with this practice.
