This is without a doubt the worst oxygen supplier in Southwest Florida. I have been with them for 5 or 6 years now. The customer service hasn't changed a bit. If you have 60 min. to make a call to them for service, tech or billing, good luck. If you are lucky enough to get to speak to a human, good chance the call will drop. 1 hour wasted!! This company and its employees could care less about customers. Don't get involved, choose another supplier.

If you are looking for a company that takes care of their customers I would suggest that you keep looking. After being told my supplies had been ship out numerous times (Literally over6 times) over 6 months. Employees from lincare told me they were working with my new insurance to obtain an an approval. 6 months later I call my insurance company and found out they were not a provider. On June 3 I told lincare they were not a provider and I had to go with another company and 10 days later they sent out supplies. Now I am attempting to send back their package working on day 2 . I have never seen such incompetence in my life. To be lied to on Numerous occasions and now I have to try to return the stuff they’re going to charge me for.

terrible company to work for! they build up your hopes with false opportunities... then when you start, you get no orientation, no legit training, very little communication and when you do ask questions they belittle you. I can now see why they get such terrible reviews from customers now that I see how they treat new employees. Highly recommend for anyone else to not deal with them.

I am the executor of a former Lincare equipment user's estate. The statement that I received from the decedent's family was missing the payment stub. Try to get the address to mail a check! This is absurd! Nor could I make a guest payment. I augustly hope that the local Lincare service centers are better than the coprorate service!
