I frequent alot of cigar shops around the area and this is by far the worst , i stopped in to grab a cigar for the evening and the guy working didnt even ask if i was looking for amything he just starred me down like i was a criminal. When i finally picked out one of the more expensive cigars he had he then said nothing and said do you have id keep in mind im 42 and grey headed lol the worst customer service i have ever had. This plave will be iut if business in less than a year

Everytime I go here they have different employee that dont know what they are doing.. they dont train their employees properly.. several times I went and they dont know how to use the lottery machine.. and today was no different.. with the added plus that the employee watching the store not only didn't know how to issue lottery tickets he gave me the wrong ones .. then I just wanted to leave and he had printed too many and told me I couldn't leave !!!!!! I told him to just void the extra ticket and he informed me that he COULDN'T. !!!!!! I informed that he could and after a few moments of back and forth he figured out how to do it.. 3 times visited 3 times a total mess.. also asked about a few tobacco items they didn't know the price ... what a disaster never going back.. terrible customer service!!!!!! Then people dont know why their business is doing poorly.. good luck

Seems I shared the same experience with 90% of the other people that have been here. Same thing, rude disengaged staff, no product knowledge, which is pretty important in this line of shopping. MJM just down 19 is like the polar opposite of Mr D's. I got 1 on 1 help, the guy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, quality products (cigars/pipe tobacco) I walked away very happy. And NO I don't have any affiliation with a tobacco shop, just want others to NOT repeat my mis-steps!

Horrible employees, sold me a defective lighter. The employee saw that it didnt work, i not knowing much about the product i was buying figured it was simply due, to the fact she had just put new fuel into the lighter. After leaveing the establishment i went and tried the lighter to use it and it didnt work. I went back after a week simply because i uad no time to get back and talked to a different employee. This one simply stated that he worked there and had no clue or idea of the item i had purchased and that i would have to come back between a small window frame of time. Overall, this place is a joke.
