I just purchased a mobil home in the Kakusha Estates and Wanda Duvall was so helpful throughout the whole procedure. I am handicapped and she used patience with me on everything from inspection of property to paperwork. She was a pleasure to work with and I am glad I choose to purchase and move here. Clean secure and quiet, yet centrally located. With regular bus service. The residents really care about their homes and management is friendly and helpful.

Most of the homes in here are for sale and you pay the lot fee which is 463 a month ...
My place of employment is on Cleveland st. I currently live way down in St.Petersburg i am looking to move closer to my job. I'm widow of 2 years now and I'm 57 yrs old. Starting up fresh. Are there any rentals or rent to own in your community.

Is this area safe? A rather unreadable reviewer seems to think there are druggies and homeless around, maybe coming from the trail at night? I would love it if someone who lives in the park can let me know how safe it is there.

You have to buy a place it depends on the trailer you buy they are pretty cheap in here because I know i own my home here

Even though it's a 55 and over they do have some people in there around 40s yeah there's places available in there the stop in and see the lady named Wanda she's the one that runs it up in the front office
You can go to the office during business hours , there are several spots for an RV and the lot rent is fair with a good location . I fixed up a home for a person and there was a home for sale that needs a little work but it is priced at 4k
