Loved living there but owner money hungry. Doesn't care about the senior citizens who will get in there 20 30 years ago raised their rent and now they can't afford it he's a money hungry and that's all he cares about when I move back there sure if the rent came down and it wasn't $1,000 a month. There's other beautiful parks that offer a lot more amenities for less.

Most people don't think about the store being a block away but coming home takes a couple miles of Us19 ramps because there is no other route home. Traffic outside the park is insane during the work week. Very nice park though, very pretty view of the water, very pleasant community.

My husband and I just moved here and we absolutely love it here. Everyone here are so nice and friendly. They speak and welcomed us in the neighborhood. Pet friendly and don't forget the beautiful view of the bay. They are currently redoing the club house with lots of upgrades. Hoping to get to the pool and hot tub this weekend weather permitting.

Yes it all depends. Usually the closer to US 19 the cheaper and by the water it's more. But 586-624 is about right on prices. It's worth it though. You have a nice heated pool, hot tub, club house with pool tables and on the other side of the club house you have a kitchen and dance floor for your private parties!! There are handicap accessible restrooms. There is always something going on like cards, bingo and luncheons. There's always events going on. Water and trash are also included in your lot rent.
Waiting list to get 3-6 months rentals. Same people come back every year. They also do background checks.
