This place is a joke...they have no onsite Manager...and the Manger that shows up when he feels like it is a " Politician" talks a good game..

Park is 55+. They allow a percentage of residents under 55, but you must be at least 40 years old.

Ken and Pat are correct. This is a 55 plus community and must own the mobile. No rentals allowed
