I've been living here since 2014 almost Park maintenance and management here for 8 years it took many years to clean this place up and get rid of all the Riff Raff all the troublemakers but the park has come a long ways the new company gemstones is doing a nice job trying to make this a family oriented Park things take time but it works out and it's looking good

I recently moved out of this mobile home park, after residing in the park on a yearly lease of 4 years and a monthly lease of 10 months. I can describe my duration while living in this park as one of the most trying and most difficult times in my life, to the point where my mental health was affected, and it was 100% the park’s fault and the management that runs it. As soon as I moved out of the park, my health and well being started bettering itself, with a noticeable improvement only after days of leaving. Although the park has had its fair shares of management throughout the years, the park’s poor quality of workers, and the bias and discrimination towards park’s residents made it difficult to establish proper communication with the management, resulting in years of showering with cold water (no hot water), severe water and termite damage to the point where both the floors and ceilings were falling in, and a lack of care for the overall unit, both inside and out. I made sure before I vacated to take photos, videos, and sufficient evidence to use for legal purposes, if and when necessary and have hired an attorney to assist me with this process. I intend to proceed with the situation as a civil matter, due to the unfixed damages during the period I was residing in the park and as well as compensation for the pain and suffering I endured, along with all of the medical proof and paperwork. One particular individual to watch out is the park’s new owner, who goes by the name of Dan… this individual will be harsh and cruel instead of working with the tenants and being understanding, and I may believe there may have been racial discrimination involved as well. I have gathered all of the necessary information on this particular individual, so nothing or no one will go unnoticed as I continue to move forward. Alas, there are much better parks in Clearwater to reside in and to help you enjoy all of the beauty and luxuries Florida has to offer, the proper way. Stay far away from this one!

Great place to get by when your money is tight.... However, management is sloppy and always changing staff. Please make sure that when you sign up you get copies of all the paperwork that day before you move in and keep every single paper they give you. I asked for a copy of my lease after 3 years because I was moving out and they were trying to charge me extra for breaking the lease. So I wanted to see the lease. I asked for a copy and told them I signed one about 3 years ago with a lady named Star. Surprise! She hasn't worked there in a long time and they are under new management. Well long story short (it's a very long complicated story where we fight back and forth for months. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments) they lost the lease and there was no paperwork on me. So when I finally said enough is enough and moved out, I told them to call my lawyer to settle the lease termination fees and left a phone number to reach him. Well they never called. Why? Most likely it was a lie to try and squeeze money out of me one last time, and since there was literally no paperwork on me they were using scare tactics to do it. Other than that mess at the end of trying to leave, living there was fine. Nice neighbors, never too loud, fair rent price, good laundry room, and whenever I needed something fixed a handyman would show up within a few days. I'm sure if I had been more responsible and kept my paperwork from the beginning none of this would have happened. Also I wouldn't be surprised if I get a comment on this review saying "we're sorry to hear that and we're under new management" lol they're always under new management, every week its someone new lol.
