Cold and dry. I don't buy Little Caesars Pizza and expect a gourmet experience, its fast food pizza. I manage my expectations very well when it comes to fast food. I go to other locations in the valley and the pizza is great. This location serves pizza that has been sitting way past its prime. I called the manager to let them know how bad it was and was told that I could bring it back for a replacement, but I just wanted him to be aware how awful it was. I could tell from the conversation nothing will change, he was very dismissive. Not impressed.

Calls and ordered 2 deep dish pizzas. When I got there they had made 2 thin crusts. They offered to make what we ordered but we’d have to wait15 more minutes. So I paid for the two pizzas that we ordered and we waited the 15 minutes and when we went in to pick them up they had made us stuffed crust pizzas . After screwing up our order twice they didn’t offer to give us a discount or anything so we took our money and left. That will be the very LAST time we EVER go to Little Caesars.

Got there right when they opened. Got home to a burnt cold and uncut pizza.
