Great family park to live in. It is close to shopping, restaurants, local school and 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach.

Very quiet. Some busybodies. Adequate laundry facilities. Working on getting the low pressure water fixed. Most residents pick up after their pets, some don't.Some units need to be brought up to park standards. Otherwise very peaceful.

Low water pressure, some folks r really kool, sum aren't. Some kids, some older folks. Roads are narrow.. Speed limit is 10mph this good, but not followed. Recently seal coat road and put in speed bumps thats alright Overall i would not recomend living here. Property management are aware of multiple situations and prefers not deal with. Multiple Sublease situations, far lesser living standards that the park management prefers not to deal with. Ultimately can lead to a not so great experience

Ask the front office. They will know if anyone in the park is selling their mobile home. Like most parks you have to let the office know if you want to sell your trailer.

Application fee is $40 per every 2 adults. Lot rent ranges from $517 to $530 based on location. Water, Sewer, Twice a week Curbside trash pick up, basic lawn care. Laundry Machines are on site as well as a recycling program.
