Terrible service today. I work from home 24/7 and have received countless deliveries from UPS to my condo without issue. I was expecting an urgent package today only to be told that a "delivery attempt was made" but the address was incorrect, despite it coming from Amazon who have ALWAYS managed to deliver packages to my condo without fail. Worse, my condo has a clear view of the street outside our condo and at the alleged attempted delivery time of 2.30 PM, there was no UPS truck outside my building. UPDATE: 7/22/2022 I was contacted by the local team separately via email later yesterday and they apologized that the package was loaded onto the wrong truck, hence the missed delivery. Package is out for delivery today. It happens. Figures that the one time when I needed a package to arrive on time, it didn't - as I stated previously, I have received a lot of deliveries from UPS in the past, always on time without issue. I give props to the local team for addressing my issue promptly and professionally - thank you guys :)

Read some of the previous reviews and was feeling a little apprehensive about having to pick up my packages there. In reality, I had a great experience. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Friendly staff!

UPS, stop having your drivers block our main stairs to our building. I told this guy he can't be blocking our entrance to get in and out of the building and he said that's the way he was trained and went to the next building and did the same thing. Really??😳🤬 you need to train your drivers better. We're sick of them pulling up and blocking our entrance. His truck # is 166799 happened 10/28/21 @ 6:30pm.

Terrible customer service overall. I got an alert package was undeliverable, so I called number listed and talked to a lady and she said I could pick up package at customer service center. Went to pick up packages today and one of them was on delivery truck back to undeliverable address and the other was sent back to shipper. Guy at front desk said the 1-800 number I called is some one from other country and doesn’t know what’s going on. I asked if He could hold delivery and if I could pick up tomorrow. Guy told me a $7 charge. I said no thanks. I bet you package won’t be delivered before I walked out. They had tv on in the desk area and it was so loud it was hard to communicate with gentleman. Called service number again and that guy told me that the only way I can pick up package was to contact service center. Just terrible run around. I can not find a phone number for the Clearwater center at all. Just the 1800 number and they say they don’t know the service number either. What the heck. Does anybody know anything at UPS? Just terrible customer service overall. Can’t seem to get anyone that can help. Just apologizing and told they will try delivery again tomorrow to undeliverable address. (Which is a correct address )
