I love this store. Every time I’ve entered this store I have always been greeted and asked if I need help finding anything. I have always been intimidated going into this store because I’m a crocheter and I feel like everyone here is an expert knitter! I’m trying to learn knitting and the employees are always helpful in showing me around!

This is the most wonderful community of yarn lovers I’ve ever found. The selection of high quality fiber, supplies, and patterns is excellent, and the staff couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. They take the time to get to know you, help with your projects, and introduce you to their community members. I felt welcome and accepted from the moment I stepped into the store. It’s so fun to sit and knit here. I can’t wait to move here next summer and join this community!!

Horrible place, horrible staff. I’d rather never knit again, than step foot in this unwelcoming nightmare of a store. It’s cramped and dark, and the yarn selection isn’t even good. Don’t expect a hello, a smile, or anyone to answer questions, even if they’re next to you. Even the employees seem miserable. I had an armful of yarn I was obviously going to buy, and just set it on a shelf by the door and walked out. I am stunned by their lack of regard for potential customers. Skip this and just go to Seed Stitch in Bountiful.
