Yes cpma is accepting new patients and we have three doctor's and two physician assistance. We will need a referral,3 of your most recent office notes pertaining to why your being referred. Radiology test results .there is also a new patient questionnaire that needs to be completed and returned back to the office for review by the doctor's before we can schedule.
