Outstanding Work all around! Starting with the young lady at the call center and the awesome professionals that came out. I couldn’t be more satisfied!! I called with a water leak at the meter at 7:20a. The crew arrived within 20 minutes and had a hole dug, water pumped out , leak repaired, hole filled back in and cleaned up in 30 minutes. Fabulous service.

I wanted to say thank you for not providing an extension to pay our water bill and shutting off the water THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING at a disabled veterans home. This type of treatment is horrid. Shame on this company for turning down a veteran who asked for a 5 day extension and gets paid at the end of the month.

Saturday night about 10:00pm I went for a glass of water and it tasted extremely salty. I called my husband to verify my tastebuds and he agreed that the water tasted strange. Remembering a newscast recently regarding an unsuccessful attempt to hack into the county’s water system, I began to get panicky. I called Pinellas County Utilities emergency line and reached a very pleasant woman, Donna Evans. She assured me that it was not a problem with the water system and together we decided that it might be our water softener malfunctioning. She could have told me to call my water softener company but instead she suggested that we put the unit on bypass. Donna stayed on the phone with me while my husband and I trekked outside to the unit to attempt to find out how to bypass it. She suggested we look for a button or a lever, which we couldn’t find. Donna then said that even though she wasn’t permitted to touch the unit , she would get dressed and drive the half hour from Clearwater to our home to try to help us. She arrived about 11:00pm and pointed out how we should put it on bypass. I believe that, even though she said it was a service of PC Utilities, that Donna Evans went out of her way to help us out. She wouldn’t even accept a tip for her service. We need more folks like Donna in public service. Thanks again Donna.

Nice people but service is horrible. My issue with them has been going on for 5 months now and still isn't resolved. They gave me a bill that is ridiculously high because they could not read my meter. Two months later they finally replaced the meter and credit me the difference. 1 week later the connection where they installed the meter had a big leak causing a spring of water on my sidewalk. I called and they fixed. 2 weeks later they hit me with another ridiculously high bill saying it is not there fault that it leaked on my side of the meter. After many calls and a month later they still have no clue what has happened but just insist that I have to pay this high bill. Service is service whether is county or not. If a job is done then there would be warranty for a certain period. Not try to shift the blame onto the customer only after 10 days. This is a big waste of the customer time and money. I suggest having major adjustments in the way things are going.

Your bill is not monthly, it's bimonthly. Every other month.... And it usually runs around $100

Only under certain conditions, and not for the repair cost. It would only be for water that didn't go down the sewer.
