May change if I can talk to someone. I had an appointment in Globe Arizona, and was supposed to schedule surgery at this place. I’ve been trying not for four days to talk to someone, the surgery department is never ok n and never return the phone call I was given the name of Brittany but No back. If this is the practice of this company at this location I’m a little bit concerned about how they would take care once I become a patient.

Just went for my first cataract surgery and was amazed at how wonderful everyone was. The surgery was easy and I was made aware of what was happening every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

The eye exam is free unless you want a copy of the prescription. A paper copy of the prescription is $50. Turns out they don't even sell eyeglasses so you have to pay the $50. By the way, the girl that did my exam snapped at me for not having my glasses on for one of the tests. How was I supposed to know I needed to have my glasses on to read a chart.

Horrible service my appointment was at 2 now it's at 2;30 not holding my breath.I did online check in and still had to check in on kiosk why are there people behind the glass just to say thanks for coming in..I will speak to my insurance to see if there is another more professional compitand place

Debbie, we have two special doctors that handle all our oculofacial treatments. They are: Dr. Berbos and Dr. Moore. You can either schedule with one of them at one of our Barnet Dulaney Perkins centers or our new facility in North Scottsdale; Visage Plastics and Aesthetics which is led by both of these doctors as well. 602-955-1000 for Barnet Dulaney Perkins or 602-598-7600 for Visage Plastics.
I believe they do. It's a big facility and they have different areas. But if they don't just call them and they can refer you to the right place you need to go see for your eye care needs.
I would call them and ask a doctor.
In my case I had to pay an extra fee to have the incisions made by laser. Normally I don't think they use it. You would have to have them pull up your records to find out if it was used.
Really..! ? I'm shocked.I think Dr Rabinowitz is fantastic.So is Dr.Berbos who did eye lid reduction surgery & brow lift.I trust them with my life & my sisters life who Dr Rabinowitz saved here eye sight with lazer surgery.They are wonderful!!! Also if they can't helo you they would refer another dr because they are so busy they don't need more patients! Dr Berbos said I would be disappointed if I didn't also get the brow lift.Not trying to sell me.He is so booked already.This was not to improve my looks.My lids were so heavy I was exhausted holding my eyes open.Dr Berbos helped me.
Not sure which one you've been to but 15 minutes is the longest I've had to wait.
I don't know price of normal cataract surgery but the special lens for reading and vision is not covered by insurance and the cost is $3000.00 per eye.

I have no clue! I've never heard of a warranty on eye glasses! You need to call them and ask for yourself! I don't wear eyeglasses except for sunglasses!
There are a few things that determine the cost you can get an idea if you call but best to get appointment.
