Last time I was in Mesa was 2019. I searched for a Yoga Studio that had the type of classes I liked and Yoga Pulse fit the bill. When we arrived back here in October 2022 for a quick visit, I immediately bought 10 passes and have gone every day since. The staff are very friendly and very welcoming. The studio is clean and well ventilated. The new owner Jess is lovely and all the instructors are excellent. If you're in Mesa this winter, I highly recommend Yoga Pulse. Oh and parking is readily available out front.

I love this studio! They sell really cute clothes and have an awesome little smoothie bar so that you can fuel up after class! The instructors here are so incredible.

Absolutely! Check out the schedule on the website for prenatal classes. The other classes listed such as inspired flow and candlelight yin are also great options.
