Very disappointed with cricket, customer service Ada. Very rude. I boughta phone not a month old yet, my charger station was damaged not by me, Ada says to me it was myfault, now would I break my phone that is not even 1 month old??? had to pay someone else $35.to have it fixed. The store is on pine island road in. Ft. Myers. Will be switching carrier. called the main office and made a complaint for the store. I.had cricket for 2 years. Sucks. Go to Verizon prepay same price. Better phones ...better signal....cricket ripped my father off...they sold him.a phone and it didn't work at all...in North Fort myers...or around RSW....and a lot of other areas.
