Excellent venue to see a concert or play. Well designed so there is no bad seat in the building. Randy Rainbow did an outstanding show to a packed audience

Easy to get to. Easy check-in process and awesome option for live music and drinks outdoors while waiting for the show. The venue is beautiful, clean and had the collective friendliest staff I have encountered in a very long time!
Robert Carrillo
Great venue! Saw Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the conspirators and had an awesome time. They offer Vale parking. We had Front row seats. I advise to order drinks on there app so you don't have to wait on the long lines. Also if you sit close to the stage you might want to bring earplugs.

I celebrated my birthday a few days ago & had been researching music concerts a week before when I found out Gipsy Kings would be playing at Ruth Eckerd Hall. I quickly bought tickets for me and my husband. It was my first time at Ruth Eckerd Hall and I don't know why it took so long to go there but it certainly wont be the last. It's an upscale venue which made the experience of seeing Gipsy Kings for the first time extra special! The venue, the ambience, the event was amazing! We're heading back for a concert featuring the Temptations & Four Tops in a few weeks. Highly recommended!

Yes they have a bar there you can buy drinks. It's not a big bar but you can drink there.
The REH Experience web page contains all the relevant info. Ruth Eckerd Hall Experience https://www.rutheckerdhall.com/
William it says student and military discount offered with proper ID. Now I'm not sure if that pertains to every event they have. For instance when looking on a musical coming up it says it's offered, but on the Tesla concert it didn't show that. I would give the office a call and ask. Maybe if you purchase straight from the box office rather than online. Good luck 😊👍
The hours of operation are Mon-Sat 10am-6pm & 1 hour prior to performances.
Can't be 100% sure, but that crossout voiding the ticket is highly unlikely.
If they did, it wouldn't be posted here. Probably best to check different ticket venues starting with Ruth Eckerd Hall
Still here just expanded and renovated.
Where did you eat?
Usually 1 hour. They sometimes offer Dinners before some shows, 2 hours before. FYI.
No mask needed unless you're not vaccinated. But I'd call the ticket office in case the new strain becomes prominent in the USA
I wore a mask anyway, theater was a sale out. Didn't need to take the chance. I wasn't alone many people had one on, and many without, you make your own chances by your decision.
I went a few weeks ago. The requirement was a mask to be worn at all times. No proof of vaccine or negative covid test was required at that time
That will sometimes depend on what company is promoting but, I'd say no. I printed mine but they were taking digital tickets as well.
I don't think so but call just incase
The answer is Yes, mask are required. I went to the Kansas concert on May 8. They stressed having mask on at all time and having a drink in your hand didnt exempt you from having a mask on.. they would announce it every 5min. But this as of May 8th... things have changed but rest assured they will stress the new rules to follow. I guess that will be the pattern until we get back to normal...whatever normal is... Be safe, follow the rules and you'll have a great and safe musical experience!
Yes....
The latest you'll get out is around 10:30p 98% of the time. Enjoy the Show 🤘 Great venue !!!
If you bought them from REH you simply have to contact them and they will refund you. If you got them from some third party you will have to deal with them.
Portal 6 is located on the East side of the Lobby. So when you enter through the main doors on the west, you can walk through the concourse to get to that side of the building and enter the auditorium to get to your seats.
I bought Collective Soul tickets and they came immediately to my email as etickets. Check your email/spam filter, if they are not there, call!
I observed many guests in attendance, with various types of aids to help them get around & they appear to have no problems. There are elevators to the dining areas & the level set aside for wheelchairs etc. Give them a call.
Yes, you may buy at the box office.
We had Portal 9....6 more rows above us...It depends on who you are going to See...We were at the Aisle on BB...I love it there...There is really not a bad View there at All!
10am-10pm
Yes they do. Check their seating chart, there are numerous areas in the seating arena to accommodate those in your situation.
No but you can get 2 free tickets if you are a teacher
Call and ask for handicap seating. After you do it a couple times you will learn where they are.
It's free
Most venues cost money
6pm
No worries there are multiple ways to get to Mcmullen Booth, just fallow the detour signs and you will able to get to RUTH ECKERT HALL with no problems.
The nearest restaurant I believe is Applebees. It is about a block north of Ruth Eckerd Hall.
I don't think so. You wont be sorry attending an event there at full price. Every seat has good visibility.
Make sure you buy tickets direct from REH...CHEAPER
I would recommend calling the box office beforehand and ask to make sure.
No refunds, but you should be able to exchange them. Contact the box office. Good luck to you and your treatments
With all the transients from up North who come here for winter you probably got ill from touching a door handle or something anywhere you went over the past few days
the best I can tell you is check lost an found
Usually about an hour to 2
You have to go through security when you come in. You might check the FAQ section or email/call them to verify if you dont find your answer in the FAQs.
We went there at noon today and the lot waa open
When your inside to where the merch is sold... it's to the right if your back is to the long wall. Go all the way around to the stairs and 13 is at the top. I was just the and I was in 11. No bad seats!!! Love the place. Add with anywhere - eat beforehand.
Dont c why not . If everyone can have their phone out..Im sure Binoculars are ok .
2 is stage left directly in the front. I've been there several times and always have a great time. Great, small venue. Very intimate.
The last time I went there for a show there were burgers and other similar Foods outside before the show, and similar offerings inside before we went in.
Go online and check each month
No. Persons under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult, 18 or older.
It varries depending on who purchased the buffet for private functions. For REH buffet offerings w performance it also varries with price paid, performance gendre, chef's choice. I would suggest calling before the performance.
Did you sign up thru Ruth Eckerd Hall site or a 3rd party? If thru REH, I'd do as the others suggested above, contact them to make them aware & unsubscribe to the emails. If thru a 3rd party, unsubscribe, then block them/add to your spam folder so your email provider will be notified and filter them as well in case they don't take you off their list. Make sure you flag the unwanted emails you already received as Spam as well.
No Capitol Theater in downtown Clearwater in the old District if you ever get a chance to go there excellent coustics not a bad seat in the house
Seemed tight quarters to me. Stadium seats. Share armrests with neighbor. Like someone said, try for outside of row seating. Also no aisle in middle of theatre..
They offer an array of classes for children and adults. Music, drama, dance.
No, but people take them during first set. Watch out for the ushers.
It's private and a very nice place a good intimate setting to see any kind of show that they have on
