Excellent service! I've been here twice and I find their service to be very streamlined and efficient. Check-in was quick and they were able to help me get an X-ray immediately. Highly recommend getting the app as following up with the doctor becomes even easier!

Everyone (from the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor) was amazing and kind. They were also very thorough and listened and asked questions. Soo much better than the urgent care I went to yesterday, really eased my health anxiety. Thank you so much, I am grateful.

I set an appointment online and my wait time was minimal. It's pretty simple to make an appointment. I had a positive experience here at this particular location. It was clean and the staff were professional. I paid a standard specialist copay with my insurance. This beats going to Sutter's urgent care sometimes for less concerning issues.

We went to Carbon Health to get a COVID test for a family member who was traveling overseas. Everything was quick and smooth. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Lillian was the person who took the nasal swab. She was very friendly and has a good sense of humor. The test cost $165 and you have to get the results back in 2 hours. You need to download their app to get the results. Overall happy with service.

I have to leave SFO airport by 6:30 pm on Saturday Jan15,2022 by Singapore airlines. How fats can I get the result of RT/PCR if I come for testing on Friday Jan14,2022 in the morning.

I got my result in 23 hours. Got tested at 4:45pm, got result next day at 3:30pm. For travel, I would suggest you to pay so you can guarantee the result out by 2pm next day. I would not take risk by going for a non-travel RT/PCR test. And it all depends on your destination actually if they allow 72 hour test window or 24 hours prior to departure. If it is 72, going for a regular (free) test should be fine in my opinion.
