This shop has good mechanics but had terrible experience with the owner Frank. He booked in motorcycle for a basic check plus cost estimate of ignition mount replacement. After waiting for 3 weeks and no communication from the shop, I decided to call and inquire about the repairs. It was extremely hard to get hold of him because I called the shop on 5 different days and could get hold of him only once. Upon answering the phone, Frank said that he knows exactly what the bike needs and is writing up the quote. Fast forward a week and I didn’t hear anything from him. I started calling the shop everyday for the next 4 days and couldn’t get hold of anyone. Frustrated with the situation, I went to the shop and Frank wasn’t present. The mechanic called him and he told his mechanic exactly what he told me a few weeks prior (that he is working in the parts cost). I decided to pick up my motorcycle and will never be returning to this shop.

Very capable and professional shop. I called around and very few shops had the experience to work on my Vmax with velocity stack carbs. Bike rides like new. There was one very minor part that was missing I noticed when I got home. I called the shop and Frank, the owner, apologized and showed up in my driveway about 40 minutes later and installed the part. He even stayed to help me attach my windscreen to my surprise. This is my new shop for my bike. Evolution Motorcycles is an honest, experienced, and trustworthy shop; a rare find.

I’ve been a customer for years, going back to the previous owner Rob. He sold the shop to one of his guys (Frank) who is keeping the same level of great service, fair pricing and honest guidance. My bike is 17+ years old and it was time to replace some hardware - they’ve changed out the coolant hoses, brake / clutch lines, plugs, air filter and even caught a just barely leaking temp sensor - all communicated clearly, done right and entirely reasonable cost. As with all riders we have to put our literal safety in the hands of anyone working on our bikes and I trust these guys completely. Put her through her paces yesterday and she’s running like a dream - brake feel is WAY better than with the OEM rubber lines and I could not be happier. Highly recommend them!
