I had a great experience working with Dan. They are a small shop and couldn't get to us right away so we looked around. When Dan came back from a test ride, he was happy to help us. He allowed us to try several different models and he explained their sales policy. We didn't purchase anything yet, but definitely recommend you stop by the store if you're in the area.

This bike shop has variety of ebikes, and the owner has been business in 15 years. He has a n excellent experience, and he gives lots of advice, tips and suggestions. I experience many hidden tips from the shop, which can’t get them from online shopping for a beginner. The shop has a test ride area in the back side of the shop.

Wasted over near 500 for buying a new battery from them and almost 300 getting my rear tire flat up and running, only for it to go flat the same day I rode not even 5 mine. i had to pay an 80 dollar fee coming back to back for a simple rear flat tire on my electric scooter. Nate is a good mechanic, but the way they operate is greedy money abuse.
