I had an exceptional experience working with James Shin and the rest of the Porsche Stephen Creek team. It was immediately clear that James is passionate about the brand and deeply knowledgeable. He builds the vehicles for order and knows every build on the lot. He initially let the vehicles speak for themselves in the test drive then took great care listen, answer all of my questions, then explore options. He provided me the opportunity to drive multiple vehicles, even bringing out a vehicle that wasn’t yet available on the lot. James was a pleasure to work with from the first time I visited the dealership and continues post purchase. This was a level of service commensurate with the Porsche brand. In short: James is the best.

I customized my 911 with the help of Arsen. I had to wait 5 months bcus they had no inventory due to covid. But everything turned out so good. Arsen been accommodating me since the day 1 and he’s the coolest like legit. He’s not your typical salesperson. He’s straight up about something you wanna talk about especially for your best interest. Everything went so smooth. Really grateful he’s the one who helped me. Will come back for sure for my next customization 🤙🏽 PS. Custom your own! i bet you can do better than mine!

I had a great experience with this dealership. James Shin was my Sales Manager and was very helpful from the beginning until the end. This was my first big solo luxury vehicle purchase and James' knowledge, guidance, and advice was a great help. I'm very satisfied with the service and experience I had and of course my new SUV!

This is hands down the worst car buying experience I have had. They aggressively made me pay in full for a CPO 911 Carrera weeks before the car was ready and then proceeded to drag their feet on delivery. When I finally picked it up, the vehicle smelled like an ashtray and rattled like an old jalopy. It also almost immediately started overheating and throwing a "Refill coolant immediately. Stop Driving." warning. I had the vehicle towed back to them where they attempted a repair and failed. Post-repair, the vehicle overheated and displayed the same warning barely 5 miles into the drive home from the dealership. It is now back with them and of the 47 days I've owned the vehicle, it's been with them for 34 and counting. I think the most aggravating part of this is the total radio silence from the salesperson, as well as all of his superiors despite the issues having been brought to their attention. Before posting this review, I emailed the entire chain of command up to the GM with a detailed timeline of issues encountered. It has been a week since then. They haven't even had the courtesy to apologize, leave alone compensate me for the inconvenience they have put me through. Truly atrocious customer service. They operate like a third rate used car dealership that takes no responsibility and has no accountability. I'm never buying a car here again and I recommend you don't either. I wish I hadn't bought their "we're enthusiasts trying to spread the love for these amazing cars" BS. If my experience is any indication, they're crooks out to make a buck at your expense and will wash their hands off you at the first opportunity they get.

We should start seeing them near the end of December too early January. I know they have multiple pre orders from people that have been waiting quite a while but they should have demos available in January.

I don't know the exact pricing. However, I've always experienced them as reliable and fair. If you are doing price comparison, you will find less expensive, but their honesty, thoroughness and professionalism is worth their cost.

I’ve had a great experience with them. They always give options on work that can wait, but they’ve also never surprised me with something that I didn’t notice myself. It’s not cheap, of course, but you probably aren’t expecting it to be rock bottom prices at a Porsche dealership, right?
