I have lived here since 2013. Clara and her maintenance people are doing a wonderful jobs. They are quick to respond to emergencies and take very good care of the property. Clara is doing a wonderful job

Good morning Sandra and thank you for the message. Oaks Branch Apartment homes has a monthly contract with an extermination company to limit the pests on the property. Unfortunately, we cannot control what goes on in individual units that potentially attract pests, but we do everything in our power to ensure that the property does not have any issues.
