The staff from the office to the maintenance is phenomenal. Never takes long for my services request and very resourceful. Different layouts with many different options. The community that surrounds the apartments are amazing and family and children friendly. The complex helps make the fur babies community of feel at home. My mother has been here for many years and now were neighbors. Tried leaving and came back due to the fact that there isn't a complex like Oaks 5th St Crossing.

The women who work in the leasing office does not have customer service, but an attitude. They need to improve in that! Update: I already communicate with the owner and a manager and they have been very understanding and polite and assure me that the leasing office will be more attentive and kind. Thank you

Lived here three years and never had any issues. Maintenance requests handled promptly. Wonderful location with short walks to Garland Town Square, Dart , Library and Performance Arts Center. Apartments insulated well - low utility bills and quiet.
