I have put in numerous requests for my AC to be fixed. I have chronic health conditions and in the triple digit temperatures, I need to stay cool. I receive excuse after excuse and am constantly pushed back to another day/week/month. I would not recommend moving here unless you're absolutely desperate and enjoy sweating inside your residence.

It's a rule.its a good rule.it helps keep unruly people off of the property. It helps residents have a parking space near their apartment. Yes,life is very hard financially but if we didn't have rules then we would all be slinging our feces at each other

Saddletree isn't 'all bills paid'. I am not sure about the '2nd chance leasing', but I do know that the management does work with possible tenants to lease a place. They are understanding and will help with options.
