Hello… I’ve been having a lot of issues in my apartment. The biggest thing is I have mold in my front closet and my son whom is 5 is sick from it hell we all are ! I reported this to the office a month ago.. you want my rent but can’t fix the problem !! No maintenance and the maintenance men we have just walk around picking trash up !! They can’t check messages when you leave them and there’s no point of putting in a maintenance request online !! This is a step cause I’m taking futher action with them !! I’m over it

I've been living here almost 3 months and I was really disappointed in my choice in moving here because I had some issues when I first moved in but finally everything in my place has been replaced and fixed and me and my children feel like we can call this place home. The office staff is very friendly and the maintenance men get things done. They do a good job of keeping our grounds looking good because people let their little kids throw trash EVERYWHERE. All of my neighbors are very friendly. It is very quiet and we have some of the most beautiful birds in the area. My only complaints are the pool is never open. I see them in there working on it all the time but we haven't got to enjoy it yet and the dog park has a very bad ant problem. UPDATE AFTER STAYING HERE A FULL YEAR!!! I really thought I found my dream apartment but I was wrong. They let ANYONE move here lately. Neighbors be outside fighting, loud music all the time. I used to grill all the time but it no longer felt safe always hearing gunshots and witnessing men fighting women and women busting car windows with kids present.. I am not impressed with the new office staff at all.They wouldn't take maintenance request over the phone regardless if I told them I was locked out of the online portal. I had a bathroom sink I couldn't use for 2 months. Maintenance men change regularly since the office staff changed. Trash is always over flowing, I stayed there for a year and the air filters were never changed and I had black dust or mold coming from my vents. This property is going down hill fast. They still have the worst ant problem. They finally started towing again which is good cause there is NEVER ANY PARKING. I know 5 families that have moved out in the last month because it's definitely not worth the price and it's just getting worse. We never got to use the pool cause it was always green. The gym is only open during office business hours and the dog park is disgusting cause people let their dogs poop all over the side walk and never clean it up. And just like my first review the dog park is infested with ants. I used to be so proud to call this place my home but now I don't recommend it to no one. I'm much happier in my new place just right up the street. Definitely look around before picking this place
